Description
Withering Boon is a mod that adds several new unique modules, materials and alternates for regular materials, socketable parts, and schematics to tetra. Below is a full list of the added content.
New or Alternate Materials:
All types of logs can be used in place of wood and they give the "Thick" modifier to your tool, which grants a 1.1x durability multiplier at the cost of a flat -0.2 attack speed, very good for making mining tools last longer.
More stone types! Stone, Cobblestone, and magma blocks can be used to make stone tools, and the magma blocks will grant the "Searing Hot" modifier to your tool, having a chance to light you on fire when it is used, which plays well with mods like Trolldom which requires you to be set on fire to grant a buff. Additionally, sandstone, endstone, dripstone, and deepslate have been added as tool materials.
For metals, there is a netherite alternative, Hardened Prismarine, which can only be acquired from killing an Elder Guardian, which will drop between 1 and 2 ingots each. Soulanite is an alloy between hardened prismarine and netherite along with a Withered Soul Stone, which drops 2/3 times when killing the Wither, and can be used as tool parts like a normal metal, or for special upgrades to some equipment that strengthens them greatly.
For gems, pristine emerald and diamond can now be used as tool parts like regular emerald and diamond, it has higher stats at the cost of needing higher integrity.
For fibres, kelp, cobweb, and chain can now be used for parts like wrapping your tool, bow strings, and so on. While they are not extremely effective, they offer their own niche in the stats they provide.
Lastly, we have sockets. This mod adds 10 new types of gems with unique stat bonuses that can be gotten from cracking open a Melded Geode, as well as 3 other sockets, which are fire charges providing a fiery kick, pointed drip stone making your weapon hit harder, and a sculk shrieker which allows your tool to convert nearby blocks into sculk when used.
Added Gems and Melded Geode

Holosphere with Withering Boon's materials added

Swords
Ragnorok's Edge is a blade fashioned from the soul condensed from a wither, it cuts through single target armor and wide crowds of enemies alike.

The Soul Eating Edge is an upgrade to the Ragnorok's Edge and can be obtained by using a soulanite ingot on it in the workbench. The texture is animated in game and moves between a harsh blade and gaining a glowing aura

Double Headed
The Amethyst Gale is a sturdy battle axe that rips through shields and armor better than a regular axe. It can be found in abandoned mineshafts.

The Wind's Force is an upgraded Amethyst Gale that adds a massive sweeping attack and breaks through armor even more, it can be obtained by upgrading the AG at a workbench with a soulanite ingot. The texture in game is animated and has a brilliant shine to it.

The Warden's Bane is a scythe that gets more powerful as you hit enemies with it, and then you can right click to put the stored combo into an attack that stuns and deals damage at a close range. It can only be found rarely in the chests of an ancient city.

The Warden Hunter Scythe is an upgrade to the Warden's Bane, it offers massive buffs when killing enemies and ignores even the strongest defenses. It can be obtained by upgrading the WB in the workbench with a soulanite ingot. In game the texture is animated and it goes from a light blue haze to a powerful glowing scythe. I have never heard of a witch hunter scythe, what is "Soul Eater"

The Ender Overdrive Module is a reclaimed piece of ender technology that has been repaired with parts from forged ruins, it acts like an amplifier for any warforged weapon, allowing your to overcharge it and deal massive damage to any enemy that has hit you recently. It can also be used to craft anything that requires a hammer. It can be found in End City chests.

Single Headed
Pitchforks are not exactly a weapon, but instead are a tool that works like a hoe but can be thrown or attached to a long handle for easier harvesting of tall trees, especially the nether ones. It can be made out of most normal materials.

The Withered Bident is a weapon resulting from combining the horrible dark magic inside a Wither Skeleton Skull and the power contained within a Trident, it offers an extremely high chance to critically hit and is best used at long ranges. In game the texture is animated and includes a soul trapped within the Bident. You monster.

The Ender Overdrive Mace is a weapon that lets you hit people with the reclaimed core of forgotten ender technology, as well as slam the ground and send out a shockwave to knock foes back. It can be found in end cities.

The Hoarfrost is an axe that can be put on a single headed tool, it allows you to throw it to harvest wood, or alternatively, throw it to harvest foes with a base pierce of 3 that can be upgraded.

Bows
Flatbow stave: A new schematic for bows based on flatbows in the real world, it takes a long time to draw but gives a good boost to velocity of your arrow when fully drawn. Great for hitting long range targets when you're not in a rush

The Raid Horn is a bow that is taken from chests at pilliger outposts, it fires many arrows in a tight spread but lacks velocity and will have trouble over long distances.

The Lost Viper is a bow found in jungle temples and it fires two arrows in a straight line, a nice two for the price of one deal.

Extra Info
Please report any issues to my github, linked above in the issues tab. This is the first release for 1.20.1 so I am bound to have messed something up.
New schematics, modules, and materials are underway, such as adding pottery sherds to shields as a design and plating, new items in suspicious sand and gravel, some fancy sniffer interactions, and much more.
