Description
Thaumonomicon To JEI
A Forge mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 that adds a JEI button on the recipe pages of the Thaumonomicon (Thaumcraft 6): one click and JEI opens showing the currently displayed recipe's output.

Features
- A small JEI button appears at the bottom-right of any recipe page in the Thaumonomicon
- Clicking it opens JEI on the output of the recipe being viewed
- Works for all recipe types displayed by the Thaumonomicon:
- Arcane workbench (thaumaturgy) recipes
- Crucible recipes
- Infusion recipes (when the output is a concrete item)
- Vanilla crafting recipes
- Hovering the button shows the recipe output's name
- Client-side only
Requirements
- Forge
14.23.5.2860(Minecraft 1.12.2) - JEI 4.16.x
- Thaumcraft 6.1.BETA26 (and its dependency Baubles)
How It Works
- Unlike the FML
KeyInputEvent(which never fires while aGuiScreenis open), this mod hooks Forge'sGuiScreenEvent.DrawScreenEvent.Postto draw the button andGuiScreenEvent.MouseInputEvent.Preto detect the click while the Thaumonomicon is open. - The currently shown recipe is read from
GuiResearchPage.shownRecipe(via a small, contained reflection call), then resolved through the same chain Thaumcraft uses internally:CommonInternals.getCatalogRecipe→getCatalogRecipeFake→CraftingManager.getRecipe→ConfigRecipes.recipeGroups. - Resolving the output follows Thaumcraft's own
addRecipesToListlogic (BluePrint, CrucibleRecipe, InfusionRecipe, IRecipe). - JEI is opened through the mod's own
@JEIPlugin(onRuntimeAvailablecaches theIJeiRuntime), usingcreateFocus(IFocus.Mode.OUTPUT, stack)+getRecipesGui().show(focus).
Known Limitations
- Infusion recipes whose output is not a concrete item (e.g. enchantment-based recipes) show no button — they cannot be represented as a single JEI ingredient.
- Multiblock plans (
BluePrint) with no display block show no button. - When a research key groups several sub-recipes, the first resolvable output is used.
