The Boys: Project V

Project V brings the world of The Boys to Minecraft, allowing players to obtain Compound V, V1, Temp V, and unique superpowers inspired by characters from the series. Discover hidden Vought laboratories, unlock powerful abilities, and fight your way through survival as a rising Supe.

New Suit System:

General Information

Update 2.0 introduces unique suits for several Supes from The Boys.

Suits are purely cosmetic and do not affect a Supe's powers, with the exception of Soldier Boy's Shield.

Crafting a Suit

Obtain the corresponding Suit Core (similar to an Armor Trim), then combine it with Leather Armor and Vought Suit Fabric in a Smithing Table.

Duplicating Suit Cores

Suit Cores can be duplicated using:

• 1 × Suit Core
• 1 × Diamond
• 7 × Vought Suit Fabric

Finding the Items

Suit Cores, Vought Suit Fabric, and all other suit-related items can be found in existing Vought Laboratories. All recipes unlock after obtaining any of the new items.

Power System

Active Powers

Active powers are triggered by pressing or holding the following keybinds:

• Power 1: R
• Power 2: C
• Power 3: V
• Power 4: B
• Movement abilities (flight boost): Space

Additional Controls

• Hold I to display information about your current powers.
• All Supes possess passive abilities and stat boosts.
• Most active powers enter a cooldown after use.

Using Compound V

• Right-click with a filled syringe to inject a form of V into your bloodstream.
• After injection, you will receive one of 19 random powers.
• Stronger powers are generally rarer than weaker ones.

Compound V

• Standard version of V.
• A power is guaranteed.

Temp V

• Uses the same power pool as Compound V.
• Powers last for one Minecraft day.
• A power is guaranteed.

V1

• Contains the strongest V1-exclusive powers.
• Has a chance to kill the player upon injection. (effect removed by drinking milk)
• Most powers have a destructive transformation event, therefore only consume it somewhere safe

V-Kill Injection

• Removes all currently possessed powers.

Finding Compound V

Villager Trading

All forms of V can be obtained through trading with a max-level Cleric, though at a very high cost.

Hidden Laboratories

The following items can be found in hidden laboratories located in Forest, Plains, and Meadow biomes:

• Temp V
• Compound V
• V-Kill Injection
• Suit core's (currently only Homelander, Soldier boy, Stormfront and A-Train)
• Vough Suit Fabric

Vought Laboratories

V1, Soldier boy's Shield and the unstable Supe Virus can be found in Vought laboratories hidden within the Deep Dark.

Supe Virus

Obtaining

The Unstable Supe Virus can be found in rare Vought Laboratories underground. Brewing it in a Brewing Stand turns it into a usable virus.

Usage

The Virus in a Bottle can be used as a regular, splash, or tipped-arrow potion.

Effects

• Causes a slow death for most Supes.
• Cant be cured with milk.
• Spreads to nearby infectable Supes.
• Has no effect on regular players or V1 Supes.

Purification

Using V1 while already being a Supe purifies the player:

• Removes any infection.
• Grants immunity until the next death.

Additional Information and Future Plans

• Using skins with outer layers messes with the rendering of certain abilitys.
• A full list of powers can be found in the Downloads section.
• Fix remaining bugs and balance issues.
• Add more character-specific suits 
• Expand the current power pool with additional and potentially custom abilities.
