About

Description

The Creep:

Adds an entity that only activates after you find a Red Stained Porcelain Plate in a house that generates in any forests.

Phase 1: Begins after getting the Red Stained Porcelain Plate.

Spawns in a slowly moves towards the player. Jumpscares the player after getting close enough and despawns. If it is hit, it will run but will not do any damage and with jumpscare a despawn. It does not swim well in water.

Phase 2: Starts after crafting a Crucifix: Porcelain Plate in the middle surrounded by sticks (none in corners) with a diamond at the bottom.

Teleports behind the player and slowly walks towards them. If it reaches the player while still moving slowly, it will simply jumpscare them and despawn. If it begins sprinting, it will attack, but when at close proximity, has a small chance of despawning. Additionally, The Creep has a high chance of despawning if the player is below half health. It can also run across water.

Phase 3: Starts after hitting The Creep with a crucifix. Same as Phase 2 but with a much smaller chance of despawning after it is moving fast. Has a glitch-like animation and a bloody texture.

Phase 4: Has a chance to become "enraged" where it will do a fake despawn, teleporting to a random player after it disappears. When using a crucifix on it in this phase, it has a small chance of teleporting the player to a dark and empty mirror dimension. The only way to escape is to find a demise remnant and use the crystal from it on a dark block.

Jessica: An entity very similar to The Creep but takes 3 crucifixes to get rid of it. Does not play music and gains speed with every crucifix used on it. Has a separate grace period and spawns less than The Creep.

MORE PHASES PLANNED

This is a slight reconstruction of my He's Right Behind Me mod with a story and better design and balancing.
