you have to place the elemental stick in of-hand and first 7 slot are the powers click right to use the powers.

by using the elemental stick you can use 7 powers

1)Teleportation (Void) 2)Lighting bolt (Thunder) 3)summing creepers (Gravity Collapse ) 4)torch/light (Light) 5)healing/positive effects/clear bad effects (Earth Healing) 6)water (Water) 7)air (Wind)

by using the elemental stick these powers will help you in various conditions.

You can craft the Elemental stick and also forge the Elemental stick by using 1-diamond 1-emerald 1-stick 1-redstone dust 1-glowstone dust 1-sugar 1-gunpowder

for forging just throw these items in one place.
