This mod adds the Hat Man, a real life phenomenon shared by thousands of people, reports vary of what he does but the appearence always stays the same between the reports. he usually appears out of the corner of someones eye watching them or during sleep paraylisis.
I added the main things people report when seeing him into the mod, but the mod is in its very first beta so more features will be added as updates come out.
