Mod adds a cute cat creature that can give you blessings when given cookies.
If given a cookie, Keirei gives you random vanilla potion effect, most likely positive but there's a chance for it to give you a negative effect too.
If given a star cookie, Keirei gives you a positive effect for granted.
star cookies are obtained by creating a star cookie cutter and using it on snow piles.
