The Lightsaber Mod

The Lightsaber Mod adds lightsabers and The Force to the world of Minecraft.

There are four lightsaber colors(green, blue, purple, and red), and each can be created by using a force forge. Use a lightsaber crystal along with lightsaber parts crafted in the crafting bench in order to fabricate your own lightsaber. Green, blue, and purple kyber crystals can be found on cave walls in the depths of the world. When mined with any pickaxe, the crystal will drop a single lightsaber crystal. However, you can mine the crystal with a pickaxe enchanted with silk touch in order to obtain the entire crystal itself. 

Sith weaponry, being composed of synthetic crystals, cannot be made using crystals found in caves. You must your increase your hate by killing ten or more villagers, then use your hatred while meditating near a force forge in order to create weaponry tainted by the dark side of the force. Sith weaponry can only be forged if there is a player with enough hate within 1 block of the force forge.

In order to use the force, you must forge a Force Focus. A force focus allows you to hone your abilities and harness the power of the force. Craft the parts of a force focus in a crafting table, then use the force focus parts along with a lightsaber crystal block in order to create your own force focus. While holding the focus in your hand, you can open the force abilities gui using ` (or another key if you want to change the key bind). In the force menu, hover over the ability you want to use in order to select it, and click on the "toggle passives" button to turn force leap and force sprint on or off.

These are the various force forge recipes. Note that while forging a red lightsaber crystal or a sith force focus a player with enough hate must be standing within 1 block of the forge during the smelting process.

Note: Force Lightning and the Blaster are still WIP, there currently is no way to craft the blaster. Also, most of the force abilities work best in singleplayer when used on entities.
