Title

The Old Man adds a new monster. Its history comes from the SCP universe, where it is referred to as SCP-106 also known as The Old Man or Larry

SCP-106 resembles a rotting humanoid, with a wicked smile. It leaves behind a trail of corrosive sludge wherever it walks. If SCP-106 breaches containment, it can appear under the player at any moment, as it has the ability to pass through solid blocks. Upon contact, SCP-106 will drag the player into it's Pocket Dimension, leaving holes in the ground which disappear soon after, but also work as an entrance into it's Pocket Dimension where the victims are left to rot. However there is a way out... You can also recontain the Anomaly or use Tesla Blocks to temporarily neutralize it.

[OLD] What is my console spaming?

Most mobs use special spawning conditions, which means that these mobs can only appear under certain conditions. If the spawning conditions work, this spam is created in the console.

► [OLD] Why can't I summon a mob?

Spawning Conditions determine which conditions must be met in order to spawn certain mobs. Some mobs only spawn above Y level 60. Some below. Most mobs can only spawn in the overworld than in other dimensions.

► Why are features missing in different versions?

It is recommended to play the newest versions of higher minecraft versions.

Not all features of MCreator available or the same in different versions.
For example: Version 1.19.2 doesn't have the feature of shield, better structure generation or custom villagers, but Version 1.20.1 does have them.

► Where does SCP-106 spawn?

SCP-106 only spawns after it is breached. Once this happens, he can randomly appear under a player.

► How can I make SCP-106 breaching?

With a Creative Item you can force SCP-106 to breach if SCP-106 has not yet breached.

Additionally, you can also set the gamerule "doOldManSpawn" to true so that SCP-106 can spawn.

► How can I recontain SCP-106?

SCP-106's Containment Chamber can be found in the world. There you activate the lever of the Femur Breaker and wait a moment. If the message sounds that SCP-106 has been captured, SCP-106 can no longer spawn unless it breaks out again. To avoid this, build your own containment chamber

► How can I escape the Pocket Dimension?

There are eight paths in the Pocket Dimension of SCP-106. Seven of them will make you fall and die. But one of them takes you back to the spawn. If you want to escape the Pocket Dimension alive, you have to pay special attention to the floor of the corridors. The texture of the floor of the right exit is different than the other seven.

SCP-106, The Old Man

SCP-106 is a decayed, humanoid figure that leaves a trail of corrosive slime under it. It only spawns after a containment breach, emerging beneath players. While SCP-106 is slow, it can phase through solid blocks except magnetized blocks, making escape and capture incredibly difficult. If SCP-106 attacks you, it can drag you into its Pocket Dimension, a twisted labyrinth with eight paths, only one of which leads back to safety. Choosing the wrong path will kill you. SCP-106 leaves holes after despawning or attacking, which works like an entrance into the Pocket Dimension. SCP-106 is highly dangerous, and it's abilities makes it very hard to contain, however, there is a way to contain this Anomaly...

Containment Chamber (Structure)

Defeating SCP-106 is possible but challenging due to its high durability. However there is a way to contain SCP-106. By activating the Femur Breaker lever and waiting for the message that SCP-106 has been recaptured, you can temporarily contain the entity, though it may eventually breach containment again if you use the Structure to contain SCP-106. However if you build your own Containment Chamber, you can capture SCP-106 forever. If you want to know how to build this Chamber, see this:

► Special Containment Procedure

To contain SCP-106 without it breaching again, you need to build your own containment chamber.

Build a 5x5x5 box completly out of Magnetized Blocks. You can craft them with 8 Iron ingots and 1 Redstone block. The Floor, walls, and ceiling must be made out of these blocks, otherwise, SCP-106 will escape again. No Windows or doors should be added.

The inside of the room should be a 3x3x3 empty room. The only block you add is the Femur Breaker, which you can craft out of 3 Iron Ingots, 2 Iron Blocks and 1 Piston. The Femur Breaker should be placed in one of the 4 corners of the room on the ground. You then need to connect the Femur Breaker with a Redstone Signal without breaking the box. The Redstone Signal should be attached to the wall of the box, right there where the femur breaker is placed.

After that, a villager must be placed inside the Containment Chamber. Make sure that there are no openings to the Containment Chamber after luring the Villager inside.

SCP-106 needs to breach containment earlier for the Containment to work. If SCP-106 hasn't breached it's containment, you need to wait... Make sure that: the Box is made out of Magnetized Blocks, there are no openings into the Containment Chamber, you have the femur breaker connected to a redstone signal and that there is a villager inside.

If every step followed like descripted, activate the Redstone Signal to the Femur Breaker and wait until SCP-106 spawned in it's new Containment Chamber and the chat message "SCP-106 contained successfully" has appeared. If all of this happend, SCP-106 is contained and won't despawn or break out.

If somehow SCP-106 manages to escape it's Containment Chamber through a opening, it will despawn and breach it's containment again.
