About

Description

By focusing and listening carefully pressing the Alt key (or the key you choose in the key options), you'll be able to detect nearby entities through sound, adding a whole new layer of stealth, exploration, and awareness to your gameplay.

The mod also features built-in compatibility with Vic's Point Blank, allowing firearms to generate sound detection with custom hearing ranges for each weapon type, making every firearm feel unique and adding a new level of apocalypse gameplay.

Features

  • Walking: Generates sound within a 5 block radius, attracting nearby zombies to the sound's origin.
  • Running: Generates sound within an 8 block radius, attracting nearby zombies to the sound's origin.
  • Jumping: Generates sound within a 10 block radius, attracting nearby zombies to the sound's origin.
  • Sneaking: Completely suppresses the sound generated by movement and interactions.
  • Block Interactions: Opening doors, chests, operating redstone components, and many other interactive - -blocks generates sound within a 12 block radius.
  • Melee Attacks: Generates sound within a 15 block radius.
  • Sneaking Melee Attacks: Generates only one-third of the normal melee sound.
  • Bows: Firing a bow generates more sound than a melee attack. Sound is produced both at the shooter's position and at the projectile's impact location, each with an 18 block hearing radius.

Vic's Point Blank Compatibility

Each firearm category has its own custom hearing radius:

  •  Pistols: 20 blocks
  • Submachine Guns: 22 blocks
  • Assault Rifles: 25 blocks
  • Shotguns: 30 blocks
  • Sniper Rifles: 35 blocks
  • ................................................
  • Suppressors: Reduce the hearing radius of compatible firearms by 50%, making it easier to avoid attracting nearby zombies.
  • ................................................
  • Explosives: 50 blocks

Thanks to downloading, share to help promote the mod, it took me a year to polish everything.
