The watcher is a killer

Watched From Afar is a psychological horror mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.10 using Fabric.

The mod introduces several mysterious creatures that observe the player from a distance. Encounters are designed to be rare and unpredictable, creating the feeling that the player is never completely alone.

Features:

• A surface watcher that observes players from distant hills and plains
• A cave watcher that appears underground, hides behind players, and may push them toward monsters or lava
• Two unique Nether creatures with separate lairs and attack mechanics
• Rare abandoned houses containing dangerous cursed treasure
• An obsidian treasure house near lava that can begin a cave-wide chase
• Monsters that remember frequently used player homes
• Rare attacks against wooden houses
• A small chance for watchers to become aggressive when noticed
• Personal jumpscares in multiplayer
• An in-game guide containing information about every creature
• A survival rules book that returns after every player death

The mod requires Fabric API. Both the client and server should have the mod installed for all features to work correctly.
