Description
The Watcher
The Watcher is a slow-burn horror mod for Forge 1.20.1 designed to induce deep paranoia. It doesn't rely on constant jumpscares; instead, it uses subtle anomalies, world corruption, and psychological tension to make you feel watched.
Important: If you want to stop all active events and anomalies, use the command: /watcher_stop.
⚠️ WARNING: SYSTEM ANOMALY DETECTED
The Wacther tbs is not just a mod; it's an intrusion. By installing this, you agree to the following "meta-horror" events:
Visual Disruptions: The game window may shake or display simulated system errors.
Personal Interaction: The entity knows who is playing. It will address you directly.
World Rot: Your buildings are not safe. The entity will actively grief and "corrupt" your world.
Fourth Wall Breaks: Expect messages and events that shouldn't be possible within a standard mod.
All effects are simulated and stay within the game environment. No actual system damage is performed.
World Gen: Standard world generation is highly recommended. World-gen mods may break the AI scripts.
Crashes: Sudden game crashes are a part of the "Watcher" experience.
Paranoia: Random events and entities that watch you from the distance without attacking immediately.
Ending 000
If you want to completely complete the story, rename any object to 000. That's the end. You'll be free of it.
