Theoglyphs

Theoglyphs is a simple magic mod that adds glyphs and spells to Minecraft. Glyphs can be loaded into a staff using the Engraving Table, granting unique spells ranging from combat abilities to day-to-day utilities.

ITEMS THIS MOD ADDS:

• 2 Staves
• Engraving table
• Charged Amethyst
• 17 glyphs
• Empty tablet

Amethyst is a major component in the crafting recipes, so remember to farm as much of it as you can!

Spells are powered by XP. To help gather more XP you can now place amethyst shards beneath a falling anvil causing them to shatter and release large amounts of XP.

You can also now pick up budding amethyst blocks with silk touch.

To make them grow faster, place budding blocks in a light level below 10 for a 50% boost. At light levels 11 to 14, they will grow at standard speed. And when under direct light, they will receive a 50% penalty.
