Description

ThreeOSeven Studios - Climbing

Minecraft's movement should feel better when a wall is just a little too tall.
307 Studios - Climbing adds contextual, Hytale-inspired ledge mantling to
Minecraft Java Edition 26.2.

Move forward and hold jump as you approach a wall. When there is a solid,
reachable ledge with room to stand, your character catches it and pulls up. A
standard mantle can reach up to four full blocks above the ground where you
started.

## Features

- Contextual ledge catches and pull-up movement
- Mantling onto valid ledges up to four blocks high
- Clear-space, headroom, collision-path, and landing validation
- Responsive client prediction with server-authoritative validation
- Animated hand-over-hand climbing, braced legs, and pull-over motion
- Coordinated first-person hands and subtle camera movement
- Multiplayer-visible climbing poses
- No infinite wall climbing and no stamina system

## How to climb

Face a wall, move forward, and hold jump. If the wall has a reachable ledge
with a clear landing, your character catches the ledge and mantles onto it.
Crouching, using a vanilla climbable block, or approaching an invalid landing
prevents the mantle from starting.

## Requirements

- Minecraft Java Edition 26.2
- Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or a compatible newer release
- Fabric API 0.154.2+26.2
- The mod installed on both the client and server

For singleplayer, install the mod and Fabric API in your Fabric profile's
`mods` folder. For multiplayer, the same version of the mod and Fabric API must
also be installed on the dedicated server.

Version 0.2.0 focuses on solid full-block ledges with a clear landing. It is a
mantling mod, not free-form wall climbing or a replacement for ladders.

Created by **Geminiz1978** under **307 Studios**.

This is an independent Minecraft mod inspired by Hytale's mantling mechanic. It
is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Hypixel
Studios.
