The THX Helicopter Mod transforms the vanilla Minecraft experience by giving players their own combat-ready helicopter. It’s not just a rideable vehicle, it’s a versatile tool for exploration, traversal, and aerial combat.

1. Simple Crafting & Accessible Design

• Simple crafting recipe:

• Mod Loader support: Compatible with ModLoader or Forge (up to Minecraft 1.6.1

2. Intuitive Flight Controls

Piloting the helicopter utilizes familiar Minecraft keys, fine-tuned for smooth control:

• Movement: W, A, S, D

• Ascend / Descend: Space / X (or Left Shift in some builds).

• Pitch mode (L): Synchronizes helicopter pitch with your camera view—ideal for aiming turns; shows altitude and coordinates.

• Auto-level (K): Instantly levels the helicopter for easy landings or stabilization.

• Auto-throttle & rotor visuals: Options to auto-neutralize throttle or disable rotor animations to optimize gameplay performance.

• Other controls: Rear view (U), map creation (O), altitude lock (P), HUD/camera mode (C), and exit (Y) add comfort and utility.

3. Combat & Utility Enhancements

• Armaments: Mounted rockets (R) and missiles (M) let you engage mobs, defend your base, or clear terrain from the sky
