A tier expansion mod in which allows you to start a tier-5 (above netherite) and gives better progression for your mod. This means that if you tried to mine a tier_8 ore with a tier_5 pickaxe, it would not break. Is an addon for kubejs

Description

Essentially a tier progression mod which you can edit through the config and KubeJS. You set a tier for a specific tool, say like netherite pickaxe to tier_6, and set ancient debris to be tier_7. A netherite pickaxe cannot mine that ore since it is one tier higher. But a tier_7+ pickaxe could mine it. When a pickaxe is a lower tier, the block gets bedrock properties, meaning it is unable to break until you have the correct tool needed to mine it.
