Tiered Metals

A new take on Ore Progression. You need to use the basic item (shard) in a 2x2 crafting recipe to make the next tier of material up to 4 tiers

4 shards = 1 chunk
4 chunks = 1 ingot
4 ingots = 1 gem

meaning you need 1 full stack of shards to make just 1 gem making the highest tier more powerful and durable. Scaling equally with each tier.

The mod itself has 4 different ores (Cobalt, Jade, Ruby and Onyx) each being more powerful than the last starting at cobalt shard getting 100 durability all the way up to onyx gem getting a whopping 10,800 durability, but also with each ore the spawning rate is scaled with the durability cobalt being very common (about coal rarity) all the way to onyx being rarer than diamond.
