After you've played the game for the first time, recipe and tutorial popups are useless, especially with a recipe viewer. This mod easily disables them, helping make achievements feel more special or just to remove annoyance.
This mod is really good for its configurability, allowing you to decide which popups should be shown. This option to configure toasts should really be vanilla, because on large packs with many recipes i find myself needing this mod to prevent a barrage as I'm picking up menial items at the start of a game.
Just a nice utility, I'd recommend if toasts are annoying you.
