**Toggle Axe Stripping** is a lightweight, quality-of-life mod that lets you disable and enable axe log-stripping with a single click or a hotkey!

- 🔘 **Controls Menu Button**: Adds an elegant `[ Wood Stripping: ON / OFF ]` toggle button directly to the **Options ➔ Controls** menu.
- ⌨️ **In-Game Hotkey**: Easily toggle stripping on the fly without pausing the game (bindable in **Controls ➔ Key Binds**).
- 💬 **Action Bar Notification**: Instant visual feedback on the action bar when toggled (`Wood Stripping: Enabled` / `Disabled`).
- 🛡️ **Smart Protection**: Only blocks accidental log stripping! Right-clicking chests, doors, crafting tables, levers, or scraping oxidized copper still works completely as intended.

### 🎮 How to Use

1. **Via Menu**:
   - Press `Esc` ➔ `Options` ➔ `Controls`.
   - Click the **Wood Stripping** button to toggle between **ON** and **OFF**.
2. **Via Hotkey**:
   - Go to `Options` ➔ `Controls` ➔ `Key Binds`.
   - Find the **Toggle Axe Stripping** category and assign your preferred key.
   - Press it anytime in-game to toggle stripping!

### ❓ FAQ

**Q: Can I use this on multiplayer / vanilla servers?**  
**A:** Yes! The mod cancels the interaction before sending the packet to the server, preventing the log from stripping even on vanilla or third-party servers.

**Q: Does it prevent opening chests or doors with an axe in hand?**  
**A:** No! All block interactions (chests, furnaces, doors, buttons, etc.) work normally.

**Q: Can I include this in my modpack?**  
**A:** Absolutely! You are free to use this mod in any public or private modpack.
