A separate Fabric 1.21.1 port of Tool Stats by Darkhax and contributors. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original author.

Features

Displays configurable item information in tooltips, including mining speed, enchantability, repair cost, durability, horse-armor protection, and harvest-level information when a numeric level is available. Existing configuration switches and ignore tags are retained.

  • Fabric Loader 0.16.14 or newer
  • Fabric API 0.116.8+1.21.1 or newer
  • Java 21

Minecraft 1.21 removed numeric levels from the Tier API. Vanilla tiers are mapped to their previous levels. Third-party tiers show a harvest level only when they expose a public getLevel() method.

Configuration

The config is created at config/toolstats.json. The item ignore tags are in the mod data and can be extended by data packs or other mods.
