🚨 Travis Takeover is discontinued

Hey everyone, I'm sorry to mention this, but it is with heavy heart that I announce that Travis Takeover will be discontinued as the source files for the mod have gotten corrupted which renders Minecraft unplayable if the mod is installed. Versions 1.0 to 1.1 are safe to play and will not break Minecraft.

UPDATE 2026: COMING BACK TO THIS A YEAR OR SO LATER. HI! IT'S BEEN A WHILE HASN'T IT? I'M SORRY THAT I'VE BEEN ABSENT FOR A WHILE, I'VE BEEN DRAINED FROM MINECRAFT MODDING SO I WON'T BE MAKING ANYMORE MODS, AND THIS MOD SUCKS LOL I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT DOWNLOADING IT

Its corruption takes over your survival experience

Travis Takeover is a basic horror mod where Travis attempts to make your survival maps a bit more of a challenge. Travis can cause random events, like spawning a new structure, hallucinations, and more to come in the near future!

Note: Random events can be turned off through game rules under the Mobs section, however this can pretty much ruin the entire purpose of the mod.

Travis

Travis is the main star of the mod, mainly going after you, and villagers. When he attacks you, you'll go temporarily blind, and Travis will replenish any lost health, teleporting in front of you seconds afterwards.

Interval

Wow, self insert? Anyway, I added myself in the mod, as a sort of.. protector against Travis if you will. I'll charge after him and attempt to take him down.

Stanley

This little fella does nothing yet and is mainly here as an easter egg. Hopefully he gets a purpose in the near future!

Conclusion

I made this mod purely for fun and as an inspiration from other horror mods, such as The Broken Script. I was also inspired by Fingees to make this mod. Funny, but it is what it is.
