This Halloween, there's a new mod in town......
Tricks and Treats is a Halloween mod that adds new candies, Redstone blocks and even new armor pieces!
This was made for this video on my channel. Go watch it to see at least one of the creators featured on the masks in this mod!
Now, content-wise we have a lot of stuff to go over....
Blocks
- Dense / Hanging Cobwebs: Both of these blocks can be crafted or bought from the Tricker villager; Hanging Cobwebs are regular cobwebs styled to look like they're hanging, and Dense Cobwebs are cobwebs that have the thickness of 0.1 block and can be placed on any side of a block (just like Glow Lichen!)
- Comedic / Tragic Pumpkins: Crafted with either Ghast Tears or Glistering Melons and a regular Pumpkin, these new pumpkins act like regular Carved Pumpkins (except they cannot be put onto your head, sadly.)
- Marauder's / Confectioner's Tables: These two blocks are not able to be used, only functioning as job blocks for the Tricker and Treater villagers.
- Whisperer: This is a brand new Redstone block that, when powered, releases whispering into the world (like a creepy noteblock!)
Items
- Candies: The Treater villager sells many new candies exclusive to this mod along with many other sweet treats (they can also be crafted!) The full list of candies is as follows: Caramel, Caramel Apples, Chocolate Bars, Caramel Chocolate Bars and Lollipops. All of these can be crafted except for the Lollipops, which are an exclusive Treater trade.
- Themed Masks: The Trickster villager sells these new armor items that have the same durability as a Diamond helmet. The list of masks with their inspirations is as follows: Mask of the Cracklin (TalonMC), Mask of the Reclaimer (doctor4t), Mask of the Haunted (Winsweep), Mask of the Ringmaster (Clownpierce), Mask of the Slasher (Ghostface from "Scream"), Mask of the Ancients (Agamemnon's burial mask), Mask of the Outcast (The Phantom from "Phantom of the Opera") and the Mask of the Trickster (Jim Carrey's "The Mask).
- Butcher's Knife: Also an exclusive Tricker trade, this is a new sword-like weapon.
Villagers
- Tricker: This villager sell various trap items along with Butcher's Knives and Themed Masks.
- Treater: This villager sells sweets like exclusive Candies, Sweet Berries and more!
