What is it?
TrueSurvival is a total conversion datapack aimed at completely reworking the vanilla survival experience, making progression more linear, as well as increasing the overrall difficulty and length.
Features
🛠️ Overhauled Progression System 🛠️
↳ Gone are the days of being able to easily beat the game after the first few days of playing. Players will now need to work much harder to progress to complete the game.
💧 Thirst System 💧
↳ Players will now need to manage thirst alongside hunger in order to survive.
❄️ Temperature System ❄️
↳ Players will need to manage their temperature, using campfires to warm up at night, or using leather armor to survive colder biomes. Location, weather, and armor all affect player temperature.
📝 200+ New/Reworked Recipes 📝
↳ New items from crafting, as well as reworked recipes relating to the changes made to progression.
🏚️ Removal of Structures 🏚️
↳ All non-essential structures have been removed from the game.

How do I know how to progress?
↳ The advancment screen has been reworked to display how to progress
How do I use knifes, hatchets, and mattocks?
↳ Knifes, hatchets and mattocks are used by right-clicking them on their respective blocks. Knifes for stripped logs or grass, hatchets for stripped logs, and mattocks for two hardened stone slabs
How do I purify water?
↳ Water can only be purified by dropping a water bottle on a campfire
