Ultimate Lucky Blocks brings 103 possible events to Minecraft, including 30 interactive challenges and surprises. Break a block to discover valuable loot, strange visitors, dangerous encounters and games that put your luck to the test.

Three blocks. Three ways to tempt fate.

Lucky Block offers the normal mix of rewards, risks and surprises. Super Lucky Block strongly favours positive events and valuable rewards. Super Unlucky Block strongly favours dangerous, negative and risky events. Open at your own risk!

More than scattered items

Find diamonds, emeralds, golden apples, enchanted equipment and useful supply bundles. Rare discoveries place actual resource blocks into the world for you to mine—but that suspicious diamond block might have a fuse.

Play for your prizes

In Bat Maths, count the bats in a glass jar and submit your guess. Spin the animated Wheel of Misfortune and see where it stops, or try Cash Out or Cry, where you can collect your winnings or gamble for more.

Deal or No Diamond challenges you to choose a chest, then decide whether to stick or switch. Chicken Jury lets five feathered judges decide the fate of your offering. Face an armoured menace with a very big attitude in Boss Baby, or follow the instructions carefully in Simon Says.

Other surprises include falling anvils, meteor strikes, a llama piñata, temporary golden footsteps and an involuntary trip into the sky.

Made for unpredictable adventures

Animated notifications keep event messages out of chat. Timed challenges let you walk away, and temporary event structures clean up afterward. Progression gates help keep the rarest rewards from skipping the whole adventure.

For players and modpack creators

Rewards use weighted, JSON-defined events, with configurable luck, hostile encounters and interactive challenges. Data packs can add custom rewards, including items and mobs from installed mods. No additional content mods are required.

Requirements

Ultimate Lucky Blocks requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.256 or newer for Minecraft 1.21.1, and Java 21. Install the mod on both the client and server for multiplayer.

World effects

Meteors intentionally leave craters. Mod-spawned creepers and fake diamond-block explosions damage entities without destroying terrain.
