About
Description
This mod allows you to uncraft the majority of vanilla items. The latest version has 768 uncrafting recipes.
As the mod adds a lot of recipes, if you have a recipe conflict with other mods, I recommend installing Polymorph.
I know what you are thinking:
-"Can I uncraft slabs into blocks?" Yes.
-"Why do some uncrafting recipes (stairs and copper blocks) look like a scam?" Because they give back the same amount of resources that you would have used if you crafted them using a stonecutter.
-"Why only vanilla recipes?" Generally, what makes an uncrafting table broken is the fact that it can uncraft anything, limiting the uncrafting to vanilla items and not giving back 100% of ingredients for some recipes won't break the game too much. In a modpack, you can see this mod as an early game uncrafting and then you can use an uncrafting table for mid-end game.
-"How to add/remove/modify a recipe?" Recipes are data-driven, every recipe can be modified through datapack.
Uncrafting recipes that you won't (probably) see in JEI:
-all tipped arrows to normal arrow
-all potions (except bad omen) to glass bottle
If an item is crafted with only 1 item, it will be uncrafted giving back the same amount of materials, like this:

If an item is crafted with 2 or more items and 1 is more valuable than the others, it will be uncrafted into the most valuable, like this:

If an item is crafted with 2 or more items and an item is not clearly more valuable than the others, there will be different uncrafting recipes, like this:
