A Port of "No F3" By Crepper710 up to 1.20.1

What "No F3" does is that it forces the gamerule "reducedDebugInfo" which eliminates most of the information about the world you are in in the F3 Menu.
If you want it ported to a specific version, just ask. I will do so!
