Description

Upgradables

Upgradables reworks Minecraft's gear progression by turning every tool and armor piece into a long-term investment.

Instead of crafting a completely new set every time you reach a higher tier, you upgrade your existing equipment through the Smithing Table using special Upgrade Templates found throughout the world.

Tool Progression

Wood → Stone → Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond

Armor Progression

Leather → Chainmail → Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond

Every upgrade after the first tier requires a Smithing Table and the corresponding Upgrade Template.

  • Common loot
  • Not guaranteed
  • Dropped by Villagers

Copper Upgrade

  • Adds Use for Gold
  • Encourages exploration of structures throughout the world
  • Creates a slower and more rewarding progression system
  • Vanilla-friendly gameplay with no overpowered equipment

Upgrade your gear, explore the world, and make every tool and armor piece part of your journey.
