Upgraded Food

Upgraded food is a mod that lets you craft a mid-game block, the Food Upgrader.

When regular cooked food items (and a few others) are dropped on top of the Food Upgrader,they transform into upgraded versions of themselves, giving the player unique effects for each item plus more hunger and saturation regained!!

e.g; Beetroot Soup --> Upgraded Beetroot Soup, which gives you 8 extra hearts (almost an entire second health bar!) and way more hunger and saturation when consumed!!

the aim of the mod is to encourage players to grow and farm a bunch of different foods without punishing the player (like that "nutritional balance" mod that some modpacks have, which sucks), instead granting useful special effects, i also wanted to make the gameplay loop of minecraft a little more fun and less monotonous by letting you play differently in the mid/end game with food! :3 I really hope this makes the game more fun for you!!

Upgraded Steak: Regeneration, Resistance

Upgraded Cooked Porkchop: Regeneration, Resistance

Upgraded Cooked Chicken: Strength, Instant Health, Resistance

Upgraded Dried Kelp: Conduit Power, Water Breathing, Dolphins Grace

Upgraded Beetroot Soup: Absorption IV (8 hearts!)

Upgraded Baked Potato: Haste (25 seconds)

Upgraded Bread: Strength

Upgraded Melon Slice: Speed III, Jump Boost II

Upgraded Honey Bottle: Removes all effects (also removes positive ones, like milk), Regeneration II, Speed II, Absorption II (6 hearts)

Upgraded Cooked Rabbit: Speed V, Jump Boost IV (both for 2 minutes)

Upgraded Pumpkin Pie: Absorption III, Strength II, Resistance

Upgraded Cooked Mutton: Luck, Strength

Upgraded Sweet Berries: Speed, Strength II

Upgraded Glow Berries: Removes all effects, Glowing, Regeneration

Upgraded Golden Carrot: Fire Resistance, Resistance

Upgraded Cooked Cod: Conduit Power, Water Breathing, Dolphins Grace (all three for longer than dried kelp)

Upgraded Cooked Salmon: Conduit Power, Water Breathing, Dolphins Grace (all three for longer than dried kelp)
