Description
Vampirism Enchantment
Vampirism Enchantment adds a focused weapon enchantment for NeoForge 1.21.1 that rewards clean combat kills with direct healing.
Features
- Adds the Vampirism enchantment for weapons.
- Supports levels I-IV.
- Heals the weapon holder after killing a mob.
- Healing amount is equal to the enchantment level: Vampirism IV heals 4 HP.
- Uses the vanilla-style weapon enchantment tag:
#minecraft:enchantable/weapon. - Includes Enchantment Descriptions support through
enchantment.vampirismenchantment.vampirism.desc.
Gameplay
Kill mobs to recover health
When a player kills a mob while holding a weapon enchanted with Vampirism, the player is healed immediately.
- Vampirism I heals 1 HP.
- Vampirism II heals 2 HP.
- Vampirism III heals 3 HP.
- Vampirism IV heals 4 HP.
The effect only applies to mob kills credited to a player and only checks the enchanted weapon in the player's main hand.
Notes
- The enchantment is configured as Very Rare with a low enchantment weight.
- The maximum level is 4.
- The mod is lightweight and server-side gameplay logic is handled through the normal NeoForge living death event.
