Rose have 1/10 chance of spawning as Cyan Rose, a rare variant of Rose. They generate in #vanillacream:has_rose biomes.
Paeonia generates in #vanillacream:has_paeonia biomes.

- Rose: darkness
- Cyan Rose: Night vision
- Paeonia: Dig speed
