Info:

A somewhat simple mod that adds many variants of blocks, and a couple other features that aren't already in 'Biomes O' Plenty'. Some key points of this mod include:

  • 1.15.2 and 1.16.4/1.16.5 Support!
  • In-Depth Configuration Options!
  • Block Variants for over 30 blocks!

Current Features:

Main Features:

Wood/Hyphae Variants:

All Wood and Stripped Wood blocks now have Slab, Stairs, Fence, Fence Gate, Pressure Plate and Button variants. All variants, except Pressure Plates, Buttons and Hellbark variants, are flammable to Fire, and all variants, except Buttons, are flammable to Lava, at the same rate as Wood and Stripped Wood. All variants, except Hellbark variants, are usable in a Furnace, using the same ratio from Wood and Stripped Wood blocks. All Wood variants can also be stripped using an Axe, turning into the Stripped Wood variant. All variants, except Buttons, can also tune a Note Block to the Bass instrument. The Pressure Plate and Button variants act like Wooden Pressure Plates and Buttons.

Mud Brick Variants:

Mud Bricks now have Pressure Plate and Button variants. The Pressure Plate and Button variants act like Stone Pressure Plates and Buttons.

Sandstone Variants:

All Sandstone blocks now have Stairs, Wall, Pressure Plate and/or Button variants. The Pressure Plate and Button variants act like Stone Pressure Plates and Buttons. Stairs and Wall variants are craftable in a Stonecutter.

Other Variants:

All other included blocks (see Current Blocks) now have Slab, Stairs, Wall, Pressure Plate and/or Button variants. The Pressure Plate and Button variants act like Stone Pressure Plates and Buttons.

Special Features:

Infested Variants:

The Infested Variants of Andesite, Diorite and Granite added in 'Variant16x' now generate in 'Biomes O' Plenty' Biomes!. They generate naturally in Alps, Alps Foothills, Highland, Highland Crag, Highland Moor, Jade Cliffs, Rainforest Cliffs and Volcano biomes. Requires 'enableInfestedStones' in 'variant16x-common.toml' to be TRUE!

Flower Variants:

The Paeonia, Rose, Small Sunflower and Syringa Flowers added in 'Variant16x' now generate in 'Biomes O' Plenty' Biomes!. Paeonias generate rarely in Grove and Grove Clearing biomes, while Roses generate somewhat rarely in Lush Savanna, rarely in Dense Woodlands, Orchard, Tropics, Tropic Plains and Woodland biomes, and Syringas generate rarely in Bamboo Blossom Grove, Mystic Grove, Mystic Plains and Shrubland, as well as all three generate rarely in Rainbow Hills. Paeonias and Syringas both generate rarely in Cherry Blossom Grove. Roses and Syringas also generate rarely in Meadow Forest, as well as Flower Meadows and Meadows biomes, along with Small Sunflowers. Requires 'enableSmallFlowers' in 'variant16x-common.toml' to be TRUE!

Download the .jar, and put it into your mods folder. Make sure you HAVE A CURRENT VERSION OF Forge, 'Variant16x' AND 'Biomes O' Plenty' INSTALLED! 'Variant16x: Biomes O' Plenty' is also designed to work on servers, just make sure it is INSTALLED ON BOTH the Client and Server!
