Victor's Netherite Golems

This mod introduces two powerful new variants to the classic Iron Golem, featuring custom textures, netherite designs, and fierce combat capabilities.

Features

The Netherite-Fisted Golem

• A reinforced iron golem enhanced with heavy, dark netherite plating on its fists.
• Packs an even heavier punch to send hostile mobs flying, perfect for protecting your bases against tough raids.
• How to Spawn in Survival: 3 Iron Blocks, 1 Netherite Block, and 1 Carved Pumpkin
• In Creative Mode: Netherite-Fisted Golem Spawn Egg (look in the "Spawn Eggs" tab or search "Netherite-Fisted Golem" in the Creative inventory)
• In-Game Attributes:
  • Health: 150.0 HP (75 Hearts)
  • Attack Damage: 40.0
  • Movement Speed: 0.27
  • Armor: 5.0
  • Knockback Resistance: 100% (1.0)
  • Special Abilities:
    • Passive Regeneration: Automatically heals 1 HP every 2 seconds out of combat/over time.
    • Fall Damage Immunity: Immune to all fall damage, making it ideal for patrolling cliffs or mountains.

The Netherite Golem

• Completely forged from the darkest depths of the Nether, this pitch-black variant boasts immense durability and an intimidating presence.
• Designed to stand as the ultimate protector of your high-tier bases.
• How to Spawn in Survival Mode: 4 Netherite Blocks and 1 Carved Pumpkin
• In Creative Mode: Netherite Golem Spawn Egg (look in the "Spawn Eggs" tab or search "Netherite Golem" in the Creative inventory)
• In-Game Attributes:
  • Health: 500.0 HP (250 Hearts!)
  • Attack Damage: 100.0 (Pure destruction)
  • Movement Speed: 0.23 (Slower than standard golems due to the extreme heavy weight of its solid netherite plating and armor)
  • Armor: 20.0 (Max armor value)
  • Armor Toughness: 15.0
  • Knockback Resistance: 100% (1.0)
  • Special Abilities:
    • It cannot be hurt by fire or lava, so it is perfect for the Nether.
    • Persistence: Never despawns naturally.

Repair Mechanics

You can repair both golems with iron ingots, just like regular iron golems. However, because they are made with netherite and have much more health, you will need more iron ingots to fully repair them, especially the Netherite Golem.

Requirements & Compatibility

• Built for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge
• The mod supports multiplayer and can be used on both singleplayer and multiplayer servers.
• This mod is fully compatible with Fresh Animations and allows these titans to come to life! It has been tested and works smoothly with several other popular mods, such as JEI (Just Enough Items), Iron Chests, and Biomes O' Plenty. Currently, there are no known conflicts with major mods. If you experience any compatibility issues, please me know so we can investigate and improve support.

Installation:

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 if you haven't already.
2. Download the mod file located at the versions tab.
3. Place the mod file into your Minecraft 'mods' folder (located in your '.minecraft' directory).
4. Launch Minecraft with the Forge profile and enjoy your new golems!
