Vitalities brings Terraria's Life Crystal and Life Fruit mechanics into Minecraft! Use Life Hearts to permanently increase your maximum health. Once you've reached the limit with those, Life Fruits let you grow even stronger! These health boosts are permanent and stay with you even after death, giving you a steady sense of progression as you explore and survive.

How to find and obtain them:

You will be able to find the Life Crystals fairly uncommonly deep underground in your minecraft world, just like in terraria:

And even in groups of three or more if you're lucky!

As for the Life Fruits, they're significantly rarer than the Life Crystals, and are only found in any jungle, or lush biome!
