A small mod changing how iron and mining works

Mining is significantly slower making the game more grindy and discouraging strip mining

Iron blocks (ore, raw blocks, ingot blocks) now require iron tier to mine

Sounds counterintuitive but that's why my/other copper tool mods are suggested!

That's about it, pairs well with difficult/grindy early game mods and I made this to make mid-game harder
