Wandering Trader Enchantment Expansion

Wandering Traders occasionally carry rare treasure books that push select enchantments one level above the vanilla cap. They're the only way to get these books — no enchanting table, no librarians, no loot, no fishing, no anvil combining, no villager rerolls.

🛒 How it works

  • Each Wandering Trader has a small chance (3% by default) to offer one special book.
  • Books are paid for in Emerald Blocks (cost varies per book, rarer = pricier).
  • Optionally, trades can also require a secondary item (diamonds, netherite scrap, etc.) — off by default.
  • Server-authoritative and fully multiplayer-safe: trades are generated on the server, no client mod required.

⚙️ Configuration

Everything is tunable in config/traderenchants-common.toml:

  • Master switch, global book chance, and max books per trader.
  • Per-book enable / selection weight / Emerald-Block cost range.
  • Optional secondary payment item, pool, and count range.
