Wope Steel Addon
Description
Wope Steel Addon adds a new universal steel system for Warriors of Past Epoch.
This addon replaces the original Forgotten Steel material with a more compatible Steel system, allowing steel from different mods to work together.
Features
⚙️ Universal Steel Compatibility
Recipes now use Forge steel tags:
forge:ingots/steelforge:nuggets/steel
This means recipes can accept steel from different mods that support Forge tags.
Compatible with:
- Mekanism Steel
- Epic Knights Steel
- Ingot Craft Steel
- Other mods using Forge steel tags
🔩 New Steel Materials
Added:
- Steel Ingot
- Steel Nugget
- Steel Block
Steel can be used in crafting recipes and works together with other compatible steel systems.
🔥 Steel Processing
Added steel processing:
- Smelting into Steel in a Furnace
- Smelting into Steel in a Blast Furnace
🛡️ Steel Armor
Steel equipment and armor are designed to provide a strong mid-to-late game progression option between iron and stronger materials.
Why use this addon?
Many mods add their own steel materials, which can create duplicate resources and incompatible recipes.
Wope Steel Addon solves this problem by creating a shared steel system, making modpacks more balanced and convenient.

Warriors of Past Epoch - Iron Addon
This addon changes the progression of Warriors of Past Epoch by replacing Forgotten Steel with vanilla Minecraft iron.
Changes:
Replaces Forgotten Steel with vanilla iron in crafting recipes. Forgotten Steel Nuggets are replaced with Iron Nuggets. Forgotten Steel Ingots are replaced with Iron Ingots. Removes Forgotten Steel ore from world generation. Replaces Forgotten Steel in chest loot with vanilla iron. Replaces Forgotten Steel drops from mobs with vanilla iron. Skeleton Musketeers can drop Iron Nuggets instead of Forgotten Steel Nuggets. Keeps the other original loot, including Azure Fabric, Gunpowder, Bones, and the Musket.

This is an addon and does not include the original Warriors of Past Epoch mod. The original mod must be installed separately.
