About

Description

Vanilla Weather Extended

Do you think that rain and thunder is annoying? How about we add more weather conditions?

Weather Extended is an addon for WeatherCore that adds multiple weather conditions to Minecraft.

Requires WeatherCore.

Why not another mod?

This mod is a specific solution to my problem: Adding new weather conditions in a more vanilla style than the other available weather mods. Adding tornadoes or meteorites are not the scope of my mod (even if it's possible). But blood rain, rainbow rains, different type of fogs, magic particles auras or anything else is what I'm aiming for.

Features

Currently, Weather Extended adds:

  • Fog
  • Radioactive Storm (Requires Alexs Caves to be installed)
  • Fireworks
  • Gray Pall
  • Death Pall
  • Wind

Those weathers spawn naturally, except Radioactive Storm that needs to be enabled in the configuration. Nucleepers and Nuclear Bombs are able to create long-lasting radioactives storms around the explosion, be careful~!

The Gray Pall is a unique weather condition that creates a brown fog with ashes falling from the sky. Being exposed to the sky will give you a short hunger effect.

The Death Pall is a variant of the Gray Pall that summons undead mobs for each non-undead mob killed. Wither Skeletons are able to spawn during Death Palls.
