About
Description
WhisperMod 🤫 A lightweight, server-side Fabric mod that gives server administrators full visibility over private player communications. Keep your community safe and monitor whispers directly from your server console and logs.
✨ Features Full Console Logging: Automatically prints all private messages to the server console and latest.log.
Complete Context: Displays the sender, the recipient(s), and the exact raw text string.
Multi-Command Support: Intercepts all vanilla whisper variants: /w, /tell, and /msg.
Selector Aware: Correctly captures messages even when players use target selectors.
Pure Performance: Extremely lightweight and 100% server-side. Players do not need to install anything to join!
🛠️ How It Works Unlike basic chat listeners that completely miss private commands, WhisperMod hooks directly into Minecraft's internal command dispatch system (MsgCommand).
⚠️ Note: This mod operates strictly as a read-only observer. It will never alter, block, or delay player messages.
Log Format Example: [Whisper] <Sender> -> <Recipient>: <Message>
🚀 Installation & Compatibility Minecraft Version: 26.2 (Fabric)
Side: Server-side only 🖥️
Dependencies: None! It uses pure Mixins, so you don't even need the Fabric API.
Just drop the jar file into your server's mods folder, restart, and you are good to go!
