Winter Leben 2025 - Essentials

Hej! This is the official mod for Winter Leben 2025!   

"Winter Leben" is the christmas community project of the german youtuber, streamer and machinima director Herr Bergmann.

The Mod includes:

• Advent Calendar
• Working Ferris wheel & bumper cars

SETUP

Farmworld:
The farmworld is automatically generated on server startup. You can force a regeneration using /farm regenerate. Access the farmworld with /farm <selector>.
Here are all possible target-selectors

To return to the overworld, you can run /spawn <selector> or place a repeating command block at your desired location in the farmworld with this command:
/execute as @e[distance=..3,type=!minecraft:item_display] in minecraft:overworld run teleport @s -133 102 -181

Optional:
You can place a decorative sleigh above the command block using:
/summon item_display ~ ~ ~ {Tags:["farmworld_sleigh"],transformation:{left_rotation:[0f,1f,0f,1f],right_rotation:[0f,.75f,0f,1f],translation:[0f,1f,0f],scale:[2f,2f,2f]},item:{id:"winterleben:sleigh",count:1}}

Attractions:
The attractions are automatically positioned to work seamlessly with the official Winter Leben 2025 world. If you prefer to use your own world, all settings can be configured in config/winterleben/attractions-config.json, including the position of the Ferris wheel and bumper cars, speed parameters, and much more. After making any changes to this config, run the command /winterlebenreload to apply them.

ADVENT CALENDER

The Advent Calendar gives every player a special ingame gift each day from December 1st to 24th. When a player opens their daily gift, the visual effects and animations are visible to everyone on the server, turning it into a shared, festive moment. Our custom version also allows server admins to define exactly which item is given on which day, and we provide a simple setup guide to make configuration easy.

FERRIS WHEEL

The mod features a working Ferris wheel that all players can use. Just hop on and off you go! You can adjust settings such as speed and pause intervals in a config file. 

BUMPER CARS

Race against other players in super cool bumper cars. You can configure all sorts of settings in the config. Position, number of cars, lap duration and much more!
