WiseMC Discord Rich Presence Mod

A Minecraft client-side mod designed to integrate Discord Rich Presence with the wisemc.gg server, providing real-time activity updates directly on a player's Discord profile.

Once installed, the mod automatically detects when a player joins wisemc.gg and dynamically updates their Discord status with detailed server information such as current gamemode, online player count, session time, and optional contextual data like rank, faction, or location within the server.

Built with performance and simplicity in mind, the mod communicates efficiently with Discord’s RPC system while maintaining full compatibility with Fabric and/or Forge environments.
