Woof's Expanded Potions
This mod expands on Minecraft's potion system, adding stronger brews, longer lasting effects, brand new potion types, and powerful late game alchemy options for players who enjoy exploring and gathering rare materials.
You can view the full details here:
Full Vanilla Potions
First, you'll be able to craft Full versions of vanilla potions, allowing you to add both Redstone and Glowstone Dust together for the benefits of increased strength and extended duration.
They won't last as long as Redstone alone, but they will still last longer than their level II variants while keeping the stronger effect.
Here's an example using Strength:

New Potion Types
There are also brand new potion types to try out, giving you even more brewing options to play with.

Remember, ALL these potions have their own sets that follow the rest of the mod (Apart from True Vengeance)
Knockback Resistance - It's in the name really

Vengeance - Thorns; deals damage to enemies who hurt you

True Vengeance - Unique to the Vengeance set. Deals extreme thorn damage for a short period.

Brittle - Great for lingering/splash potion use. Makes enemies more vulnerable to damage. Don't drink!

Flight - Provides Creative flight

Awareness - Highlights all nearby entities. Great for early threat detection.

Spelunker and Flight Potions
I've also added Spelunker Potions, which let you see ores through blocks to help in your mining adventures.
If you're after diamonds, ancient debris, or just want mining to feel a bit more rewarding, these will help a lot.
This potion should work for modded ores as well as vanilla.

Flight potions can be made by adding a feather to an awkward potion. Flight potions give a very brief ability to fly due to how OP it can be. It's slower than what you might be used to in Creative. Level 3 Flight is just about slower than Creative's speed, with level 4 surpassing it.

Further Enhancement
After that, you can enhance potions even further using special items added by this mod, encouraging exploration and gathering materials from across the world.
You can create potions that last for ages, increase their strength even further using enhancement dusts, tonics and duration mixes to push them beyond normal brewing limits.
Alchemy Dusts
There are various dusts you can make from different materials, each designed to enhance certain potion effects.
Below is an example of the Strength related dusts and what they can produce when used with a Full Potion of Strength.
The recipes are designed so players who adventure, gather resources, and prepare well can really take advantage of them.

Tonics
You can go a step further and make Tonics.
These require an Alchemical Stabilizer to create a tonic base, which can then be infused with dusts for even more powerful effects.
For now, I've balanced them around increasing duration further, but that may change as I continue updating the mod.

Combination Potions
I've even added some combination potions, letting you mix useful effects together into a single brew.

There are so many combinations! Go find out what they are!
Supreme Potions
At the top are Supreme Potions.
These are the hardest to make and require a huge variety of materials, but they are some of the strongest brews available.
One example is Overload.

Filling Meal
Oh, and I added something extra, a Filling Meal.
This is used in the Fertiliser recipe, but honestly I've always wanted something like this in vanilla.
It completely fills your hunger and saturation bars, then gives a little regeneration on top so you stay full longer.
You can craft it with different foods, rewarding players who build up a varied food supply.
Here are two examples:

All new basic potions

I recommend using JEI to view recipes, at least until I get around to making a full recipe graphic for this page.
Feedback
Let me know how it feels in your worlds. I've balanced it around my own experience, but everyone's play-style differs.
If you have suggestions or think something needs changing, let me know and I'll look into it.
