ZhytomyPinger is a mod that allows you to increase your ping. I believe that many of you have had or have friends or acquaintances who have poor internet and it is difficult for them to participate in PvP. This mod will not give you an advantage, but it will give you an understanding and empathy towards people who have high ping.
