Description
Orchard Update. The mod adds an orchard branch to the game: fruit trees with full sets of wood, wild rose bushes, a new villager profession, a dedicated biome, and, of course, the zhyvchyk.
Zhyvchyk. That very drink. The mod's name and its three potions are a nod to the famous Ukrainian apple beverage. In the game, it behaves accordingly: not a "potion for an hour of combat," but a drink on the go - you take a gulp and keep running. Therefore, zhyvchyks stack up to 16 like snowballs, use a custom bottle instead of the standard one, and last for only five seconds.
How to Brew. Everything is made on a standard brewing stand in two steps. First, the base replaces the awkward potion: water + echinacea → Echinacea Extract, or water + wild rose berry → Wild Rose Extract. Next, a fruit is thrown into the base: echinacea extract + apple → Apple Zhyvchyk, wild rose extract + pear → Pear Zhyvchyk, wild rose extract + cherry → Cherry Zhyvchyk.
Effects. All three zhyvchyks equally grant jump boost and speed for five seconds, and beyond that, they carry the effect of their base extract: apple grants Immunity (no negative effect can attach for ten seconds), while pear and cherry grant Blood Circulation (you don't freeze in the snow for three minutes). The extracts themselves can also be drunk: they provide the exact same immunity and blood circulation, just without the "carbonated" part.
Apple and Pear Trees. Two full wood families: log and wood (along with stripped variants), planks, leaves, sapling, fence and gate, door, trapdoor, button, pressure plate, slab, stairs, wall and hanging signs, shelf, boat, and boat with chest. Apples no longer drop from oak leaves - they now grow on apple trees.
Fruiting Leaves. On apple and pear trees, fruits ripen right on the branches and eventually fall to the ground. A fallen fruit is a separate block that can be picked up. A cherry pit plants a cherry tree.
Wild Rose. A bush with flowers and berries: harvested by hand, it freezes in cold biomes and does not grow where it doesn't belong. A wreath is crafted from the flowers - worn on the head, it makes villagers more friendly: the "Floral Hospitality" effect reduces trade prices by ten percent. A dry wild rose bush can be restored by clicking on it with a water bottle. Also, you can stop the bush cycle so it only produces flowers - to do this, you need to wax it.
Gardener. A new villager profession with its own leveled trades, a gardener's table as a work station, and two structures found in orchards - the gardener's hut and the winter hut.
Orchard Biome. A custom biome featuring orchard trees, echinacea, and wild roses, integrated into the Overworld via TerraBlender.
Bountiful Harvest (Rich Harvest). An enchantment for shears - single-level and treasure: it does not appear in the enchantment table. The book is sold by the gardener at the final, fifth profession level for emeralds; it is then applied to shears using a regular anvil.
Works on Everything Shearable. Sheep and mooshrooms yield up to three extra units of wool or mushrooms beyond the usual. Beehives yield up to three extra honeycombs. Wild roses yield up to three extra berries and up to two extra flowers.
Separately - Leaves. Standard shears yield only the leaf block itself without anything else; with "Bountiful Harvest," shears leave you with both the leaves and everything that normally drops from them when broken: saplings, sticks, apples, pears, cherries, along with rotten fruits. In other words, a tree can be harvested and dismantled with a single tool without losing anything. This does not apply to player-placed leaves (persistent) - only to naturally grown ones.
