Description

Welcome to A Familiar Hell, the ultimate vanilla hardcore experience.
If you want a hardcore modpack, but dont want all of the new mobs and mechanics that come up in other modpacks, then this is for you.
The goal of this modpack is to make vanilla minecraft hard again, by making the nights the vanilla mobs harder, rather than adding new, harder mobs
Here is a list of some of the changes:

  • The days are longer (3 times longer)
  • Some new weapons are added
  • Tools and Weapons are upgraded through the smithing table
  • tons of new structures are added
  • Dimensions are gated off, and are unlocked by defeating bosses
  • Movement has been enhanced
  • The Darkness can kill you
    Hopefully this is difficult enough
