Description
What's the point of building an impressive base and arming yourself with incredible weapons if there's nothing to test them against?
A More Defensible Position (AMDP) is a pack centered around making vanilla mobs an actual threat that need to be defended against.
Build increasingly powerful weapons and upgrade your base while facing hurdles such as pollution, storms, radiation, and more. With every passing night, larger amounts of stronger monsters will do everything in their power to find and get to you - even if that means digging straight through your base. You, however, aren't without means of defending yourself. Whether you choose to build a force field, pollute your environment so heavily that mobs can't survive in it or to simply set off a nuke is up to you.
Features:
- A difficulty system where the damage, health, and the number of mobs you face increases the longer you play.
- World generation with accurate climate zones through geography craft
- Progress through the industrial revolution with immersive engineering
- Manage pollution and radiation
- Weapons of mass destruction through HBM’s nuclear tech mod
On the first night no monsters will spawn, afterwards the difficulty system will activate.
This was originally a private pack made for me and some friends. It has since been refined but if you encounter any issues please tell me about them in the comments, I'll try to fix them to the best of my abilities.
