AID stands for Awesome Inspiring Dancing. That is what you will be doing when you play this modpack! It has many of the standard mods, while still remaining lightweight, and also has chisels and bits! You can build any tool you want with Tinkers' Construct, or explore the many biomes added with Biomes O' Plenty. This pack really has something for everyone, and wont require a supercomputer to run!
