Description
NOT AN OFFICIAL FORGELABS MODPACK
After hours upon hours of scanning through ForgeLabs "I Spent 100 Days in the Alaskan Wilderness", I have assembled this modpack to accurately copy it as much to my ability as I can.
With custom Config settings and Biome Tweaks, this modpack should resemble his video in a vibrant way just like in ForgeLabs' video. Though it may not be 100% accurate, it should still offer a similar experience
All Vanilla Hostile mobs have been removed.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO SET THE WORLD TYPE TO "Large Biomes" FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE
FAQ
"Where is the Firetower?", that structure ForgeLabs used in his video was a custom built firetower so therefore I am unable to replicate it.
"Why does the world render so slow?" this is due to Distant Horizons, you may disable this mod if you wish, though I would advise against it. Just slow down moving around your world. Another option is to edit the CPU settings in the Distant Horizons video settings
"Why do my chunks not load?" again, this is due to Distant Horizons, just slow down or reload your chunks by turning up your render distance and turning it back down
"Shader support?" Yes, there are already listed shaders in the pack.
"Why is my meat going bad?" You need to put all uncooked meat into a fridge to avoid it going stale/rotton, eating raw meat will give you poison. Fridges are powered using Generators that use up Coal.
"How do I make a campfire?" Start by making a Firestarter, afterwards, throw 3 sticks on the ground, 3 logs, and 2 plant string and a campfire should then be placed
Frequent updates will be accruing <3
