Almost Vanilla

Almost Vanilla is a light 1.12.2 modpack aimed at expanding on vanilla Minecraft gameplay. This is accomplished through mods such as Quark, Better With Mods, and Vanilla Automation.

The modpack's primary focus is to keep vanilla mechanics untouched, whilst adding onto it with additional content. 

Vanilla farms and automation are encouraged, but other utilities such as quarries, hopper pipes, item filtering, ore doubling, auto placing and breaking and more are introduced to remove the need to exploit bugs for automation. 

Utility mods such as JustEnoughItems, JustEnoughResources, What'sThatSlot, WAILA and FTBguides are included to aid new players.

You will also find many Quality Of Life mods that vastly improve the Minecraft interface.

There are few mods, so it takes a matter of seconds to load this pack, and your computer will love you for it. It also means that you don't need a beefy server to run this pack.

Contenttweaker and Crafttweaker are used to unify the experience by combining various mod items into recipes, and adding new content.

This modpack is very light on servers, utilising FastWorkbench, FastFurnace and VanillaFix to reduce strain.

1.5-2GB RAM is the minimum for clients, 3-4GB is recommended.
