Welcome to the AnimalFactory!!!
(Alpha 0.0.50A / Minecraft version 1.12.2)
Hey everyone. This is my first attempt at building a Mod Pack, at least one of this scale. I am a big fan of all SkyBlock style modpacks, and love knowing that my whole vast kingdom is crafted from just a few initial resources.
I am also a huge fan of the resource Chickens, Hogs and Fluid Cows mods, but I have never played a pack that incorporated them all together. That is the idea behind Animal Factory!!!
Rather than mining, these passive mobs will be producing your resources for you and can be leveled up and converted into new and interesting animals.
To keep this interesting though, I have disabled the traditional breeding systems from these pack (Animal A + Animal B = Animal C). Specific resource animals can only be obtained thru the mutation of an existing animal resource. This is done thru genetic modification using custom recipes for the animals DNA in combination with the mysterious Chemical J!
I have also included the Energetic Sheep mod pack as a source of energy for various machines and blocks that require power.
Features:
Intricate custom recipes and items
Unique resource tree which interconnects the different resource animals
Separate resource rolls for each set of animal
Chickens are for small resources(iron pieces, snowballs, redstone...)
Hogs are for larger blocks (dirt, stone, netherrack...)
Cows are for fluids (water, lava, mushroom stew...)
Sheep are for power (static electricity???)

It is currently only about 50% complete in the Alpha Stage. I am adding it to Curse and Twitch to share among my community for some Alpha and Beta testing.

To start a new world, make sure to select "Void" as your world type.
You then need to create your island by typing in the command window "/island create grass".
There are other island world types, but I have not tested the pack progression for these yet.

Most of the quests are working and cover the core of what is currently been done in the pack, with the exception of the "They Call Me Steve" and the "Supporter Shoutout" pages which include many 'wishlist' quests that have not been fully implemented yet.
