anime wubd!!1!!!11!1

This modpack is targeted at a discord server named "anime wubs", however it is a lightweight general pack. It adds quite a bit of content without going crazy on mod amount and is targeted to people with lower-end computers.

The modpack features a lot of technology mods, such as IC2, Thermal Expansion, Immersive Enginnering, Forestry, and Railcraft, while still adding a few magic mods to spice up the experience like Blood Magic and Botania. With the two mod types combined plus the various tweaks to the modpack that will be added soon, the player can choose whether they would like to explore more, focus on automation, or do a little bit of both.

Do note: I generally wont be accepting anymore suggestions to add mods (unless they are really lightweight) as the pack is trying to add content but be as lightweight as possible. In my version of the pack, there is 80 mods and climbing due to new and cool things, so please keep that in mind.

I'm still experimenting with recipe changes and balancing for mods, so only an old version is uploaded but I think I'll be able to release a version with recipe tweaks soon enough :P It's fine as is.
